About this file
This is a Quoter's Pricing Sheet for a five-year gunsmith contractor support services contract with the Drug Enforcement Administration. The contract runs from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2031, consisting of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. Quoters must provide Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) unit rates for Customer Service Maintenance/Repair Requests (CSMRRs) and Standing Work for Non-CSMRRs across all performance periods, with travel costs capped at $15,000 per year as an Other Direct Cost (ODC) line item.
The pricing structure includes four contract line items (CLINs) per period: Service Work—CSMRRs, Standing Work—Non-CSMRRs, Travel (NTE $15,000 annually), and Workload Overage Variance priced as a lump-sum FFP adjustment. Travel expenses are reimbursable on a pure actual-cost basis post-performance without contractor profit or administrative markups, requiring prior written Contracting Officer's Representative authorization and compliance with Federal Travel Regulations and FAR Part 31. The Workload Overage Variance CLIN is exercised only if verified CSMRR volume exceeds 2,420 total repair requests in a performance year and is funded via bilateral contract modification at year-end rather than monthly billing. Quoters must complete all pricing cells to establish the total contract ceiling across the base and all option periods.

| Table Footnotes: |
Note 1: Non-Local Travel (ODC): Pre-populated Government ceiling number. In accordance to FAR Overhaul Part 12, this line item is non-reimbursable for vendor profit, corporate administrative fees, fee-on-fee markups, or G&A burdening. All contractor travel expenditures under this contract shall be billed post-performance on a pure actual-cost basis, requiring prior written authorization from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and full documentation showing strict compliance with the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and FAR Part 31 commercial cost parameters.
Note 2: Workload Overage Variance: In accordance to FAR Part 12 commercial rule prohibiting cost-reimbursement contract frameworks, this line item is priced as a single, lump-sum Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Unit rate for a 1-year workload overage variance. Quoters must input their loaded price to manage and execute all workflow support overflows. This CLIN shall not be billed incrementally or monthly. Instead, this pre-priced FFP adjustment is structured for a one-time, end-of-year administrative reconciliation. It will only be exercised and funded via a formal, bilateral contract modification at the conclusion of the performance year if the verified volume of Customer Service Maintenance/Repair Requests (CSMRRs) logged into the FAQTS database surpasses operational threshold of 2,420 total repair requests.
