About this file

This is a Statement of Work detailing the scope of vehicle maintenance and repair services required from a contractor. The vendor must provide three categories of services: maintenance, repairs, and spare parts replacement for a fleet of vehicles subject to Belgian Law technical inspection requirements.

Maintenance services are structured around mileage intervals, including: oil and filter changes every 3,000-7,000 miles with fluid and component inspections; air filter replacement, battery checks, and fuel filter replacement every 15,000-30,000 miles; battery replacement and spark plug service every 35,000-50,000 miles; and comprehensive fluid, brake, hose, timing belt, and component replacement at 60,000 miles. Repair services encompass vehicle inspections, cleaning and greasing of moving parts, electrical and mechanical testing, and parts replacement as necessary. For spare parts, the contractor is authorized to install replacement parts valued below €200 without prior approval, provided only new parts are used. Replacement of major spare parts exceeding €200, as well as vehicle modifications and upgrades, are excluded from the contract scope and require separate cost estimates and approval from the Contracting Officer's Representative before installation.
