About this file

This document includes a Request for Quote from the National Labor Relations Board for court reporting services. The solicitation seeks quotes for a firm fixed unit price contract to provide court reporting at scheduled hearings. Reporters must be notified of any cancellations or postponements after 2:00 PM the business day before a scheduled hearing using the included Report of Cancellation or Postponement form, which requires details of the original hearing and cancellation details to be provided to the reporter to attach to their invoice. Quotes are due by an unspecified date, and the resulting contract will be awarded for an unspecified initial period of performance with optional additional years at the agency's discretion.
