About this file
This document is an Attachment A: Temporary Medical Staffing Services Application for a Request for Response (RFR) issued by the Executive Office of Veterans Services (EOVS) in Massachusetts. The RFR seeks to establish a Departmental Master Agreement with pre-qualified Qualified Vendors to provide temporary medical staffing services in three categories: Nursing Staff, Direct Care Workers, and Medical Doctors. Bidders must complete the application and submit required attachments to be considered for the contract. The application requires information about the bidder's organization, experience, qualifications, and cost proposals for the applicable service categories.
The RFR sets maximum hourly rates for each service category, and bidders must provide their rate cards specifying the gross amount paid to the temporary worker and the amount retained by the contractor. Bidders must also demonstrate their financial stability, insurance coverage, and freedom from conflicts of interest. The contract term is not specified, but the RFR indicates the master agreement will consist of pre-qualified vendors available to provide services as needed.
