About this file
This document provides details for a small business set-aside solicitation for refuse and recycling collection and disposal services at the United States Coast Guard Base Cape Cod in Massachusetts. The solicitation requests quotes for a base year of service from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022 plus four additional one-year option periods that would extend performance through December 31, 2026. Quotes are due by November 19, 2021 and must utilize the attached bid schedule to provide pricing for the required services. The performance work statement outlines the collection requirements and refers offerors to an attached map of the base location. Evaluation will be based on lowest price technically acceptable. The solicitation incorporates standard commercial items clauses and requires offerors to confirm their SAM representations and certifications are current.
