About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for the F108 1st Stage Fan Blade, with Data Item No. A005 for a "Report of Shipping and Packaging Discrepancy" (Supply Discrepancy Report or SDR). The form is associated with a contract for a component of the CFM56-2A/2B engine, specifically focusing on receiving inspection procedures. The contractor (MXDSR) is required to perform an "as received" inspection to determine the serviceability or repairable condition of the item, and must report any received assets that are misidentified, misdirected, or have variations in quantity, non-requisitioned items, lost or damaged parcels. The report can be submitted electronically through a web-based system, with a manual form as an alternative. The document is prepared by Christina Porter, a Production Manager Specialist, with an approval date of 5 Aug 24 and a preparation date of 01 Aug 24.
