Scope and Complexity:
The PWS requires ERS contractors to perform Training System Operator functions. Offerors should describe their experience performing work similar in scope and complexity to the work described in the PWS, and include references to the applicable PWS Section. The Government is more likely to find that there is a reasonable expectation Offerors will successfully perform ERS if Offerors provide details regarding their experience with Training System Operator functions.
Provide a summary description of the past performance reference #1, not to exceed the length allowed in this box (Single or double-spaced). Text font shall be in Times New Roman, no smaller than 12 point. The utilization of a different font type or point may result in exclusion from consideration or otherwise result in your proposal’s exclusion from the competition.

Scope and Complexity:
ERS contractors will be responsible for all levels of maintenance on the training systems, training equipment, support equipment, test equipment, mobile trailers, modular trailers, relocatable shelters, and shade structures identified in any TO issued pursuant to the PWS. Offerors should describe their experience performing work similar in scope and complexity to the work described in the PWS and include references to the solicitation. The Government is more likely to find that there is a reasonable expectation Offerors will successfully perform ERS if Offerors provide details regarding their experince with all levels of maintenace on the training systems pursuant to the PWS.

Past Performance Questionnaires
The space below is provided for Offerors to list the points of contact and contact information (email address and phone numbers) for each past performance questionnaire (PPQ) submitted.
There is no page limit on this section, however, ONLY PPQ contact information may be provided.
Recent Non-Systems CPARS with Marginal or below ratings for Quality
In the space below, Offerors are required to identify all Non-Systems CPARS received within the past five years of the due date in Block 9 on page 1 of the solicitation that received a Marginal or below rating for “Quality.” Offerors are also required to provide a copy of each listed CPARS. Moreover, Offerors shall identify any corrective action(s) or any other action it has taken to address, resolve, mitigate, and/or otherwise correct the issue(s) that were the cause of the Marginal or below CPARS rating as identified by the Government Assessing Official.
There is no page limit for this section, however, Offerors are cautioned to use this space only for marginal or below CPARS ratings.
If this section is left blank, the Offeror is representing that it has not received any Non-Systems CPARS within the past five years of the due date in Block 9 on page 1 of the solicitation with a Marginal or below rating for Quality.
