About this file
This is a Technical Documents Checklist and contractor instructions template for evaluating supplier responses in a government furniture procurement for Fort Riley Building 362 and Fort Stewart Building 1152 under RFQ W912DY26QA072. The document outlines the process by which contractors must submit technical documentation demonstrating compliance with Furniture Item Descriptions (FID) requirements, with acceptable forms of demonstration including manufacturer's published catalogs and CAD drawings. Contractors must complete the checklist in Word format using only light blue fields for their comments in black text, while responses must answer three preliminary qualification questions regarding sequential organization of technical documents, warranty compliance, and annotation of construction requirements.
The document serves as an evaluation template for the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering Support Center Huntsville to conduct up to four rounds of technical review. Contractors failing to meet any of the three preliminary requirements are deemed non-conforming and ineligible for award. For subsequent review rounds, contractors must bold font changes in columns E, F, and G (Vendor Quoted, Product Line Quoted, and Model Quoted) in the attachment. The evaluation form provides designated spaces for HNC technical evaluators to mark items as technically acceptable or unacceptable across four review rounds, with space for evaluator comments and dates. This is a procedural evaluation document rather than a substantive specification of products or services required.

HNC’s comments in the white fields will be in either red text when the item is technically unacceptable or black text when the item is technically acceptable. Contractor shall not modify prior rounds or HNC comments.
