About this file

This is Air Force Form 3052, a Construction Cost Estimate Breakdown template used for contractors to submit detailed cost estimates for construction projects. The form requires itemized breakdowns of material costs, labor costs (including manhours and rates), and other direct costs, with columns for unit measures, quantities, and line item totals. The template includes fields for contract number, project number, work location, and contractor information.

The form is meant to be used in conjunction with construction contract FA252125B0001 for replacing fan coil units and air handler units at Patrick Space Force Base, FL. While the template itself is blank, it provides instructions for contractors to document their cost estimates in a standardized format, including requirements for supporting documentation and the right of government review of contractor cost data. The final page requires calculation of total material costs, labor costs, overhead, profit and total price.
