About this file
This document contains a Yellowstone Locate Form used by the National Park Service to request underground utility locates. The form collects information about planned excavation projects such as the contact person, location, dimensions of the digging area, depth, timeframe, and maps of the site. It is used to comply with state requirements that excavators receive utility locates at least two business days before commencing digging to prevent damage to underground infrastructure. The related federal contract opportunity is for a geotechnical subsurface investigation along a portion of the Grand Loop Road in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming in support of a project to widen and reconstruct that section of roadway.
