About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 (SF-30) Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a LENEL Magnetic Locking system procurement by the Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Riley. The amendment modifies key solicitation details, including extending the response due date from 13 Aug 2025 to 21 Aug 2025 and changing the response time from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The solicitation will use a best value evaluation methodology, with technical capabilities, past performance, delivery, and price as evaluation factors, where technical and past performance are less important than price.
Offerors must demonstrate specific experience with LENEL Magnetic Locking systems, including past Government contract numbers and point of contact information. They will be rated on past performance (Satisfactory, Neutral, or No Rating) based on up to three references from the past five years, with a focus on validated LENEL system experience. Offerors must also document their ability to meet system failure response times of two hours. Electronic quotes are to be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist by the new deadline, using Microsoft Office or Adobe Acrobat compatible formats, with the Government intending to evaluate and award without discussions.
