About this file

The questionnaire is designed to assess potential contractors' performance history for a shuttle service contract that will provide transportation between Arlington Hall Station and government locations including the Pentagon, VRE - Crystal City, Ballston, and Fort Myer.
The document provides a comprehensive evaluation framework with rating definitions of "Substantial Confidence", "Neutral", and "No Confidence" across multiple performance categories including compliance with specifications, project management effectiveness, timeliness of performance, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Points of contact for submitting the completed questionnaire are Capt Nicholas Evans and Paul Brown, with responses requested via email.
