About this file

The document is an NBC Access Control Flow Chart that details the step-by-step process for obtaining base access at a Navy installation. The flow chart outlines four key roles: Sponsor, Visitor, Visitor Credentials Center (VCC), and Sentry, with specific actions and responsibilities for each.

The process requires sponsors to email the VCC with visitor contact information and event details, visitors to pre-enroll in DBIDS (Defense Biometric Identification System) and submit required documentation, and the VCC to verify and process enrollment. Visitors must provide identification upon entry, with an option to submit a driver's license or real ID in advance to reduce entrance verification requirements. Passes are available for pickup five business days prior to the access date, with identity verification conducted by the VCC and Sentry at different stages of the access process.
