If any difficulty is encountered in applying this guidance or if any other contributing factor indicates a need for changes in this guidance, the contractor is authorized and encouraged to provide recommended changes; to challenge the guidance or the classification assigned to any information or material furnished or generated under this contract; and to submit any questions for interpretation of this guidance to the official identified below. Pending final decision, the information involved shall be handled and protected at the highest level of classification assigned or recommended.

At a minimum, an Interim Interim Secret clearance is required for integrated visitor group employees, prior to performing duties on this classified contract at Tyndall AFB and eligibility access is also required to be stated in the Joint Personnel Security Adjudication System
Item 10j.: For Official Use Only (FOUO) information provided under this contract shall be managed and safeguarded IAW DoD 5400.7-R, Chapter 4, DoD Freedom of information Act (FOIA).
Item 11a.: Contract performance is restricted to the locations identified in item 8a. The highest level of security clearance required for contract performance is Secret. Using activities will provide security classification guidance for performance of this contract. The government will oversee the handling and storage of classified information in support of this contract. The government will provide storage capability for all classified material required for this contract. All classified information shall be returned to the government upon termination of the contract.
Item 11c: The government will provide classified network access to include e-mail and web browser. Integrated Visitor Groups will be held accountable for actions they initiate on the network and will conduct business IAW USAF, ACC, and local base Instructions and policies. Sponsoring government agency will provide Information Assurance training prior to contractor access to network services. STE access is required for contract performance. Access will be controlled by the sponsoring agency. Contractor will follow requirements IAW AFI 17-130, Air Force Cybersecurity Program Management
Item 11e.: Operations Support Services - Contract is for Operations Support Services. Classification markings on the material to be furnished will provide the guidance necessary for performance of the contract.
Item 12. Note: Public Release of classified information is not authorized.
Item 13. Integrated Visitor Group employees are required to complete Security Education and Training requirements as directed by the AFCEC Unit Security Manager.
To obtain a copy of Security Classification Guidance needed in the performance of duties for this contract contact the government Program/Project Manager for this contract.
Per AFI 16-1406 a “Close Out” inspection will need to be accomplished by the AFCEC USM and 325 FW/IP Industrial Security Specialist within 30 days of contract termination. The AFCEC USM will need to coordinate with an on base company representative and coordinate the Close Out inspection with 325 FW/IP office.”
