About this file
This document contains a Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification (DD Form 254) and information about a related upcoming federal contract opportunity.
The DD Form 254 specifies security requirements for a contract to provide Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) maintenance services at Hill Air Force Base in Utah. It requires contractor personnel to have access to controlled, restricted, and classified areas to perform maintenance and transport AGE. The contractor must safeguard classified material and comply with security classification guidance, operations security programs, and visitor group agreement requirements. The servicing security office is the 75th Air Base Wing Industrial Security Office.
The related federal contract opportunity will be solicited as the Hill AFB Aerospace Ground Equipment 2nd Generation maintenance services contract. The five-year contract with two-year option includes operations, maintenance, repair, and dispatch services for AGE at Hill AFB and other locations. Major requirements will be categorized by AGE class and location. The pre-solicitation notice provides anticipated contract line item numbers and units of issue. The final RFP is expected to be released from February 22-26, 2021.
