About this file

This is a Company Experience and Demonstrated Capability Fact Sheet template for RFP-TT-00001-2015 Temporary Personnel Services, issued by an unspecified state or local contracting agency. Bidders must submit a maximum of three fact sheets documenting work performed within the past two years. The fact sheet requires identification of the primary contract or agreement number, contracting agency or customer name and location, client points of contact, supplier key personnel, and any subcontractors used. Bidders must demonstrate specific technical expertise in HTML, JSF, Struts (advanced level with 4-5 years experience), J2EE (advanced, 5-6 years), Java (advanced, 7-8 years), JDBC (proficient, 2-3 years), and JUnit (proficient, 3-4 years). The submission must include a brief description of effort and complexity, relevancy to solicitation requirements, period of performance, total hours placed, total contract price, and placement turnaround time comparisons.

Bidders must provide comparative rate information relative to the current bid without disclosing actual numbers, document how contract issues were addressed and resolved, identify unique contract issues, explain any contract termination circumstances, and disclose any litigation or confidential data breach issues. Technical evaluation will include interviews with departmental technical staff and assessment of candidates' responses to a short programming problem. Work experience must be recent and documented, with preference for individual contributor roles rather than managerial or supervisory positions. Experience writing software for multi-tier, web-based transactional systems is required for consideration for award.
