Employees receive two weeks of paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after five years, and four weeks after 15 years; a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually; and benefits for employees subject to hazardous work, with differential pay of 8 percent or 4 percent depending on hazard level. Uniform allowances of $3.35 per week ($0.67 per day) are provided where applicable. Computer professionals meeting specific compensation and duty requirements are exempt from wage determination coverage. Contractors must submit conformance requests on Standard Form 1444 for any unlisted job classifications requiring wage determination approval.
