About this file
This is a Wage Determination document issued by the U.S. Department of Labor under the Service Contract Act for California County of Los Angeles (Wage Determination No. 2015-5613, Revision 31, effective December 3, 2025). The document establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits that contractors and subcontractors must pay employees working on federal service contracts in the specified geographic area.
The wage determination covers numerous occupational classifications across multiple job categories, including administrative support and clerical occupations, automotive service occupations, food preparation and service occupations, health occupations, information and arts occupations, information technology occupations, instructional occupations, laundry and dry-cleaning occupations, materials handling and packing occupations, mechanics and maintenance and repair occupations, personal needs occupations, plant and system operations occupations, protective service occupations, recreation occupations, stevedoring and longshoremen occupations, technical occupations, and transportation and mobile equipment operations occupations. Hourly wage rates range from $15.67 to $69.80 depending on classification level and occupation type. All occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week, or $222.00 per week, or $962.00 per month), with an alternative rate of $5.09 per hour for employees on SCA-covered contracts also covered by Executive Order 13706. Additional benefits include two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after five years, and four weeks after 15 years, plus a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Special provisions apply to computer employees, air traffic controllers, weather observers, and positions involving hazardous materials, with differential pay up to 8 percent applicable for high-hazard work. The document includes requirements for uniform allowances and procedures for conforming unlisted occupations under Standard Form 1444.
