About this file
This is a pricing schedule template for a U.S. Coast Guard Request for Quotation (RFQ) solicitation numbered 70Z03826QJ0000094 for repair services of a Motor-Pump, HYD (NSN: 1650-01-224-6682, Part Number: 70550-02046-106). Contractors must complete the yellow-highlighted fields to submit pricing and lead time information. The schedule includes three service categories: Teardown, Test and Evaluation/No Fault Found (estimated quantity of 1 unit), Repair services (quantity of 10 units), and Beyond Economic Repair/Scrap (estimated quantity of 1 unit). Contractors must specify unit prices for each service category, which will automatically calculate extended amounts. FOB terms (Destination or Origin) and any additional charges, fees, or prompt payment discounts must be clearly stated in the quotation. The template notes that Beyond Economic Repair fees apply only if a unit is found to be uneconomical to repair and do not apply in addition to Teardown and Test fees.
The solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a small business size standard of $40 million. The USCG anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order for 10 initial repairs, with an option to order up to 8 additional repairs (maximum 18 total) at the same pricing and lead time within 365 days of award. Contractors must submit a Certificate of Conformance in accordance with FAR clause 52.246-15. Quotations should be directed to Cindy.K.Harmes@uscg.mil for questions regarding completion of the worksheet.

Will you accept Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.217-6 Option for Increased Quantity for the option to repair eight (8) additional items within three hundred and sixty-five (365) days of award?
| Yes |
| No |
NOTE - Beyond Economic Repair (BER)/Scrap is NOT in addition to Test, Teardown, and Evaluation (TT&E)/No Fault Found (NFF). If a unit is found to be BER, only the BER fee will apply and will NOT be inclusive of the TT&E fee (TT&E + BER).
NOTE - "Quantity of 1" for BER/Scrap and TTE/NFF line items is an estimated quantity and will be utilized for establishing fair and reasonable price determination; the actual amount of items that fall into these categories will be based on vendors evaluation of components after receipt of order.
"Failure of the Government to furnish such items in the amounts or quantities described in the Schedule as "estimated" or "maximum" will not entitle the contractor to any equitable adjustment in price under the Government Property clause of the contract."
