About this file

This document is a Sources Sought Questionnaire for the Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) Branded Furniture requirement. The solicitation seeks to identify potential contractors for a turnkey solution involving project management, delivery, and installation of a common furniture package for Marine Corps Districts, Recruiting Stations, and Recruiting Substations nationwide. The procurement may result in a Requirements contract with a five-year ordering period, following a previous Indefinite Delivery contract with fixed price and economic price adjustment terms.

The questionnaire asks potential vendors to provide insights on four key areas: the potential impact of a pre-proposal site visit, current material surcharges, barriers to participation, and any additional concerns about the requirement. The estimated spend for the contract from August 2023 through September 2025 is $3,258,160.24, with varying delivery orders across fiscal years 2023-2025. Interested contractors are requested to submit responses to contract specialists Aria Galloway and Jeff Endicott, with the NAICS code 33721 associated with the opportunity. The document emphasizes that this is a sources sought notice and not a formal Request for Proposal, and responses will help compile a list of potentially interested companies.
