About this file

This is a provisions and clauses document that outlines the terms and conditions for solicitation FA441725Q0060, a total small business set-aside seeking lodging and rental services for military training personnel at Hurlburt Field, FL.

The document includes key DFARS and FAR clauses covering areas such as electronic payment submissions through WAWF, safeguarding covered defense information, contractor code of business ethics, restrictions on foreign purchases, and service contract labor standards. The evaluation factors for award indicate that technical acceptability and past performance, when combined, are more important than price. The evaluation will include the total price of all options plus the basic requirement. The Department of the Air Force Special Operations Command intends to establish either single or multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with a maximum ceiling of $337,312 and individual call limits of $25,000. The NAICS code is 713990 with a $9M size standard. Questions are due by February 27, 2025 at 1:00 PM CST, and responses are due by March 7, 2025 at 1:00 PM CST.
