About this file

This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire for a federal contract. It requests information about the contractor's performance on a previous contract, including details about the contract (e.g., contract number, period of performance, dollar value), the contractor's role, and an assessment of their performance across several criteria such as staffing, quality control, responsiveness, and meeting schedules. The respondent is asked to rate the contractor's performance on a scale from Exceptional to Unsatisfactory and provide supporting information. The questionnaire also requests specific details about the technical expertise provided by the contractor, such as analytic support, facility systems, and strategic assessment. Additionally, the respondent is asked whether the contractor was issued any cure or show cause notices and if they would award another contract to the contractor.

The related federal contract opportunity is for a Secure Operations Console (SOC) Operator Trainer. The solicitation is being issued by the Department of the Air Force Headquarters District Washington. The contract will require the contractor to provide a single SOC Trainer position, and the position requires a Top Secret facility clearance. Travel to the Raven Rock Mountain Complex and potentially to conferences within the continental United States is expected.
