About this file

This document is an Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 for Evaluation of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, dated November 2021. The document outlines the government's evaluation criteria for contract award, which include three primary factors: Price, Technical Capability, and Past Performance. Technical capability and past performance are considered approximately equal in importance to cost.

The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous responsible offeror, with the total contract price to be evaluated across the base year and all four option years. The solicitation requires offerors to submit a technical narrative demonstrating capability in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A written notice of award will create a binding contract, and the government may accept an offer (or part of an offer) before the specified expiration time, unless a written withdrawal notice is received.
