The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Multispectral Sensing and Detection Division (RYM) in the Sensors Directorate conducts basic and applied research, advanced technology development, as well as test and evaluation to meet U.S. Air Force (USAF) aerospace electro-optical (EO) and radio frequency (RF) sensor needs for air, space and C2 sensor systems. AFRL/RYM conducts programs in modeling, simulation, research, design, test and evaluation of RF and EO subsystems and sensors for use in offensive, defensive and integrated offensive/defensive systems

13. SECURITY GUIDANCE. The security classification guidance needed for this classified effort is identified below. If any difficulty is encountered in applying this guidance or if any other contributing factor indicates a need for changes in this guidance, the contractor is authorized and encouraged to provide recommended changes; to challenge the guidance or the classification assigned to any information or material furnished or generated under this contract; and to submit any questions for interpretation of this guidance to the official identified below. Pending final decision, the information involved shall be handled and protected at the highest level of classification assigned or recommended. (Fill in as appropriate for the classified effort. Attach, or forward under separate correspondence, any documents/guides/extracts referenced herein. Add additional pages as needed to provide complete guidance.)

The National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), February 2006, applies.
a. Ref Blk I Oe(2): Contractor will require access to intelligence information and must comply with A Fl 14-303/ AFMC Supplement I. The Program Manager has determined that disclosure does not create an unfair competitive advantage for the contractor or a conflict of interest with the contractor's obligation to protect the information and will submit the AFMC Form 210 to AFRL/RYOY for approval prior to granting access.

c. Ref Blk 11 a: Using activity will provide security classification guidance for performance on this contract. On base performance in support of RYMH will occur in Bldg 620, Area B, WP AFB OH. If any classified information is generated in the performance of this contract at the identified location, the contractor shall apply derivative classification and markings consistent with the source material.
