About this file

This document is an Attachment to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) #11316025Q0017OAS, specifically the Contractor's Statement Addressing Executive Order 14173. The attachment requires contractors to provide certification regarding anti-discrimination compliance for a solicitation to procure picture frames for the Executive Office of the President (EOP) components.

The statement consists of three key certifications: 1) contractors must affirm compliance with federal anti-discrimination laws, 2) certify they do not operate DEI programs that violate anti-discrimination laws, and 3) acknowledge that anti-discrimination law compliance does not impact lawful employment preferences for veterans or Randolph-Sheppard Act protected persons. Contractors must complete and return this statement with their proposal to be considered compliant with the RFQ requirements, which seeks to procure various brands, sizes, and styles of picture frames.
