About this file
This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act (SCA) from the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division, effective December 3, 2025. The document establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits for service contracts in Florida counties of Orange, Osceola, and Seminole (Wage Determination No. 2015-4553, Revision 32).
The wage determination covers 300+ occupational classifications across multiple service categories including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, health occupations, information technology, instructional occupations, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs services, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, and transportation. Hourly wage rates range from $12.40 (Furniture Handler) to $47.93 (multiple pilot and test positions). All listed occupations receive standardized fringe benefits: $5.55 per hour health and welfare (up to 40 hours weekly, $222-$962 monthly) or $5.09 per hour for Executive Order 13706 compliance; vacation accrual of two to four weeks based on tenure; and minimum eleven paid holidays annually. Computer employees, air traffic controllers, weather observers, and hazardous materials workers receive specialized pay differentials and supplemental compensation as detailed in footnoted provisions. Uniform allowances are capped at $3.35 per week reimbursement for maintenance costs where applicable. The wage determination applies to all SCA-covered contracts awarded for work in the designated Florida counties.
