1.0 Background
1.1 Naval Special Warfare Groups require Maritime Reconnaissance Vehicle (MRV) training in order to operate their vehicles in high surf environments. Group Training Detachments are responsible for training its Naval Special Warfare (NSW) personnel for combat deployments.
NSW organizations routinely conduct littoral and Over the Beach (OTB) training in high surf environments. Training shall provide personnel with the skills to operate their vehicles as rescue (personnel recovery), insertion, and extraction platforms in extreme water conditions.
2.0 Objectives
2.1 The objective of this effort is to provide instruction in the use of Maritime Reconnaissance Vessels (MRV). Contractor shall provide instruction in the use of MRVs for two students per training block.
3.0 Requirements
3.1 The requirements for this task order will be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement of the basic contract.
3.2 The following quantities are included in this order:

4.0 Delivery Information
4.1 The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform MRV Instruction as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Training to be conducted on Oahu’s outlying surf zones.
4.2 Required delivery date: Anticipated 1SEP25 - COI dates (29Sep – 3Oct). Dates maybe revised based on mutual agreement between the vendor and technical POC but shall be held with the POP of 12OCT25.
