About this file
This is a Past Performance Reference Template for the Integrated Logistics Support Services (ILS) RFI for Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at Lorton, Virginia. The template provides instructions for respondents to submit up to three pages per past performance reference demonstrating their relevant experience and capability to perform similar work.
Respondents must complete an administrative information summary table documenting customer type (government or commercial), customer point of contact, period of performance, total contract value, contract type, staff numbers, device quantities by type, scope of services, and whether the experience is from the prime or subcontractor. The template then requires respondents to address three evaluation criteria: (1) relevance of past performance in integrated logistics support services of similar size, scope, and complexity, including quantified examples involving 24x7x365 maintenance dispatch centers, depot-level repair, preventative maintenance, and support for large employee populations across multiple locations; (2) demonstrated ability to manage similar projects and execute technical tasks with specific examples of successful project management and technical problem-solving; and (3) contractual compliance history, including adherence to contract terms, delivery schedules, and incorporation of customer feedback for service improvement. This template is designed solely for market research purposes in connection with the RFI and Sources Sought announcement for CBP's ILS Lorton solicitation.
