Refrigerators weigh approximately 75 pounds and microwaves approximately 35 pounds. Loading, staging, and truck access will be available in areas surrounding the buildings during the vacancy period. Quotes are due by September 21, 2026 at 1100 AM CST, with October 15, 2026 noted as a hard deadline with no extensions.
