| MANUFACTURING DELIVERY SCHEDULE |
The schedule is to be completed with available systems in the configurations outlined. Detailed descriptions, assumptions or conditions are to be provided. Refer to section 1.e of Announcement
| GENERAL: Pricing must reflect the FAA as the most-favored customer. Vendors should base their completed submission on their existing Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions and/or upcoming product lines. Submissions should include supporting documentation such as published price lists, LRU price lists, and applicable discounts. If Vendors offer discount tiers different than those identified in the the QSL CLIN Structure, please identify those discount offerings and associated pricing. Vendors should provide their Method of Quotation (MoQs) and Basis of Estimate (BOEs) for each priced CLIN. Vendors must provide a list(s) of customers who have purchased the offered products and services, including contact information. Additionally, vendors must furnish mean-time-between-failure (MTBF) data for each product line offered. |
| Assumptions, Constraints, and Risks – Vendors should identify any pricing assumptions, constraints, known risks, or dependencies that could affect cost, schedule, or performance. This information should be clearly explained in the response narrative or pricing workbook. |
| QSL CLIN Structure Include pricing for maintenance that covers First-Level, Second-Level, and Depot Maintenance under the applicable CLINs. If offering maintenance or service agreements, specify the duration, scope, and key terms of each agreement, and provide a crosswalk to Attachment 1 – Performance Work Statement (PWS). Explain how the offered maintenance will be accomplished and indicate standard maintenance rotations and the frequency of software and hardware updates. |
For the crosswalk, correlate your offering to the PWS requirements and identify any requirements not fully supported by the vendor’s offering. For each unsupported requirement, vendor must:
| 1. | Identify Capability Gaps – Specify which PWS requirements are not covered by the proposed COTS solution. |
| 2. | Provide T&M or FFP Effort – Provide a narrative for the PWS work not included in the offerings. Price remaining scope on a Time and Materials (T&M) or FFP basis. |
Complete CLIN Structure – Vendors must complete the provided Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure in full.
Identify any recurring or non-recurring costs related to the activities listed below, and note where such costs (if applicable) are included in other priced line items within the offering. For example:
| • | Program Management (C4.2.1) |
| • | System Engineering (C4.2.2) |
| • | Discrepancy Management (C4.2.7) |
| • | Integrated Logistics Support Plan (C4.2.8.1) |
| • | Gap Analysis and Operationalization (C4.2.5.1) |
3. Provide pricing for CLINs 0003 and 0004 in accordance with the quantities stated for CLINs 1 and 2.
LABOR HOUR Rate Schedule Provide rates for categories for as many years as possible. If a particular category is not shown, add at the bottom of the list.
See any specific instructions included in each Tab.
MANUFACTURING DELIVERY SCHEDULE
| Identify quantity per month of each product line for each configuration identied below | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |
| Instructions: The FAA has provided a notional delivery schedule reflecting the timeline required to achieve the full replacement of up to 612 systems. Vendors are to complete rows 11–18 (yellow highlighted cells) based on their current and projected production capabilities, including the ability to support and conduct the associated implementation activities. It is understood that a single vendor may not be able to execute the entire radar system replacement effort independently; therefore, vendors should provide a realistic production and delivery schedule that reflects their individual capacity. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |
