About this file

This is a Past Performance Template for RFQ 80NSSC26Q0010, used to collect vendor references demonstrating relevant experience. Vendors must provide no more than five (5) past performance references that are both recent and relevant to the equipment specified in the RFQ's Attachment 1. "Recent" work is defined as projects performed within the past five (5) years from the RFQ issuance date, while "Relevant" work must be similar in size, scope, and complexity to the units specified in the solicitation.

The template requires vendors to document detailed information for each reference, including: the performing entity status (Prime, Sub, or CTA partner); the Government agency or commercial client name; contract and task/delivery order numbers; period of performance dates; contract type and value; technical and contracting points of contact with complete contact information; work location; contract status (Ongoing, Complete, Terminated for Convenience, Terminated for Default, or Other); and Unique Entity ID/CAGE code. Additionally, vendors must provide a summary description of the contract work and explicitly describe how each reference's work relates to the Ladder/Tower Unit Specification Document referenced in Attachment 1. The template provides space for up to five references, with each reference including identical information fields across multiple pages.
