About this file
The document is a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) for a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) solicitation for the South Campus Practical Problem Venue (PPV) construction project. The solicitation (Number 15F06725R0000186) is a request for proposal using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process, with an estimated project magnitude between $100,000,001 and $250,000,000. Key procurement dates include a site visit on June 12, 2025, questions due by July 2, 2025, proposal submission deadline of August 1, 2025, and anticipated contract award on September 12, 2025.
The PPQ is a detailed evaluation form for assessing contractor past performance across four primary areas: technical performance, schedule performance, management performance, and cost control. Potential ratings range from Outstanding to Unacceptable, with assessors expected to provide rationale for their evaluations. Critical requirements include a mandatory site visit at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, with each prime contractor limited to 10 attendees, and a prerequisite of signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Document Security Plans for all site visit participants. The FBI will not reimburse proposal preparation or site visit costs, and the contract will follow Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines.
