About this file
This past performance questionnaire requests information about an incumbent contractor's performance on a previous contract to regionally deliver Special Warfare/Combat Support professionally and technically experienced personnel to inspire candidates through mentorship and training. The questionnaire solicits ratings and narrative explanations about the contractor's ability to phase-in and phase-out, technical performance, quality control, employee retention, and program management. Respondents are asked to provide an overall rating of the contractor's performance and indicate whether they would solicit the contractor for future critical work. The completed questionnaire will be used to evaluate proposals for Candidate Development Support Services III, a new contract to provide similar candidate development services for the Air Force.
