About this file
The document is a Past Performance Questionnaire for a Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) contract opportunity for District Currency Facility (DCF) Tour and Visitor Center Services. The solicitation (Number 2031ZA25R00034) is a small business set-aside for a five-year period from February 1, 2026 to January 31, 2031, with an anticipated NAICS code of 561520. The questionnaire requires offerors to submit references from at least three assessors with relevant service experience within the past seven years, who will independently validate the contractor's performance across key evaluation areas including business relations, timeliness, quality, and cost management.
The past performance evaluation form allows references to rate the contractor's performance using a five-point scale from Exceptional to Unsatisfactory across multiple performance dimensions. Assessors are requested to complete and submit the questionnaire by October 6, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST directly to the contracting officer at jerkendra.holloway@bep.gov. The final assessment will include an overall recommendation on whether the government would award another contract to the offeror, with space for general comments and explanatory notes about the contractor's performance.
