About this file
This document is an Item Product Descriptions (IPD) file detailing a comprehensive list of National Stock Numbers (NSNs) for various office supplies, hardware, tools, and other equipment for the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command. The IPD covers three primary sections: Office Supplies/Packaging, Hardware/Maintenance Repair Operation Supplies, and Janitorial/Sanitation/General Supplies. The detailed catalog includes specific product descriptions for items such as mouse pads, wrist rests, fans, hand tools, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, knives, chairs, work surfaces, shredder oils, laminators, tapes, rulers, markers, clipboards, and various other office and maintenance-related equipment.
Each NSN entry provides extensive technical specifications, including dimensions, materials, colors, features, packaging requirements, and quality assurance standards. The document emphasizes sustainability, with many items requiring minimum percentages of recovered or post-consumer materials. The IPD also includes detailed packaging and marking instructions, requiring compliance with federal standards like FED-STD-123H and MIL-STD-129R, and mandating specific labeling, preservation, and shipping protocols. The comprehensive nature of this document suggests it is part of a broader solicitation for global supply solutions supporting federal and Department of Defense customers in the Indo-Pacific Command's Japan Area of Responsibility.
