About this file
This document is an Amendment (Amendment 0002) to a GSA Solicitation for Global Supply OCONUS Logistics Operations Support Solutions in the United States Indo-Pacific Command - Japan. Key changes include updates to Attachment 1 (List of NSNs) with a new "Supplemental Info" tab distinguishing FY24 ordered quantity volumes between Okinawa and mainland Japan, and updates to Attachment 5 (Pricing Breakdown) to reflect the most recent Estimated Demand. The amendment also modifies several sections of the Request for Proposal (RFP), including language about product list dynamics, removal of specific vehicle type requirements, and clarification of evaluation factor importance, particularly regarding Small Business Utilization and the addition of a new Live Test Demonstration (LTD) phase in the evaluation process.
The solicitation seeks a contractor to provide a total global supply solution for Federal and Department of Defense customers in the INDO-PACOM Japan Area of Responsibility, covering commercial supply items like office supplies, tools, hardware, housewares, and cleaning products. The contractor will be responsible for sourcing, stocking, and warehousing National Stock Number (NSN) items with delivery requirements of 3-5 business days in mainland Japan and 5-7 business days in Okinawa. Volumes 1 and 2 of the proposal are due by June 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time, with questions about the RFP to be submitted by May 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM ET.
