Administrative Assistant
· Answer phones and greet visitors
· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
· Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings

Maintenance Manager

· Monitors the electronic NROC dashboard and carries out fact finding and analyses as assigned
· Applies established procedures taught where the nature of the system and feasibility have been decided.
· Watches for “alerts” from the NROC dashboard, analyzes the alerts from principles taught to determine whether a work order should be initiated and takes appropriate action including calling the port, discussing with PNNL or simply waiting and continuing to monitor the problem.
· Initiates work orders and follows up on those work orders until completion
Maintenance Service Representative
· Maintenance and Repair (M&R) activities on systems/equipment once deployed and accepted.
· Coordinate, monitor, escalate, and report on the maintenance status and operational readiness of systems in the field.

· Attach pulley and blocks to fixed overhead structures such as beams and ceilings with bolts and clamps

· Give directions to crane operator engaged in hoisting and moving loads to ensure safety of workers and material handled
· Set up cranes hoisting equipment and ensure safe handling of anchors and chains

· May be assigned tasks outside craft duties as required
