*** The Indirect Rate (Materials) applies for all contract years. In accordance with FAR 52.212-4 Alt 1(i)(1)(ii)(D)(2), the Government will reimburse the Contractor for a fixed amount of indirect costs on a pro-rata basis over the period of performance of the contract. The indirect amount will be calculated by multiplying the Indirect Rate by the estimated material cost.
