About this file

This document is an Annex to the Fact Sheet on Vehicle and Equipment Procurement Restrictions Under the Foreign Assistance Act. It contains a template for offerors to report on the origin and cost breakdown of vehicle components for proposed equipment in response to a federal solicitation. The template requires offerors to identify the source company, manufacture origin, and percentage of U.S. content for key vehicle components such as the chassis, frame, engine, and electrical system. Offerors must also report on any alternative equipment options that meet the 80% U.S. content requirement, including details on specification compliance, timeline, and cost variance. This information is required to be submitted as part of the technical proposal for the referenced solicitation, Solicitation Number 19AQMM24R0008 for Global Peace Operations Training in Tanzania, issued by the Department of State Office of Acquisition Management.
