About this file
This document is an Attachment 4 - Cover Form for an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) contract opportunity. The ITN is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to provide software for tracking data center activity. The cover form must be completed, signed, and submitted with the technical proposal. The form collects information about the offeror, including their company status, tax ID, DUNS number, and confirmation of compliance with the ITN requirements. The offeror must also affirm they have not employed any unauthorized third parties to secure the contract and that they do not knowingly employ persons who cannot legally work in the United States. The related state and local contract opportunity is for tactical uniforms in the state of Idaho.
The pricing terms, set asides, incumbent contractors, current environment, funding requirements and sources, and other salient details are not provided in this cover form document. The focus is on collecting standard administrative information from the offeror to determine their eligibility and responsiveness to the ITN requirements.
