CANINE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Deliveries typically occur within 60 calendar days after receipt of order. Delivery dates and times must be strictly adhered to as written in the attachments and in coordination with the CTC COR or appointed CTC staff members. No deliveries will be accepted if not coordinated through the CTC COR or appointed staff.
Shipments are not accepted outside of the normal duty hours of the CTC and the vendor must notify the COR of their arrival time 48 hours prior. This will ensure those delivering the canines have the correct contacts for the day of delivery and to confirm the delivery details (estimated time of delivery, place of delivery, need for escort, etc.)

Vendor will need a copy of their contract with them, valid driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance, and valid ID’s for anyone else in the delivery vehicle. The truck will be inspected prior to entry and depending on the day and amount of visitors, it may take 1-3 hours to gain base access.
