2. The coefficient weights and estimated ordering period amounts specified are for evaluation purposes only. They are not indicative of actual contract utilization.
3. Section 2.1.1 of the Statement of Work (SOW), and ATTACHMENT 2 Coefficient Proposal Format provides the coefficent definition and what shall be included in the proposed coefficients.
4. Standard Hours Coefficient applies to task orders conducted between 0700-1630, Monday through Friday.
5. Non-standard Hours Coefficient applies to task orders that need to be conducted beyond the standard hours. Any work performed on weekends and Federal Holidays that are required by the Government will also be considered non-standard hours.
