About this file

This document is a collection of photographs depicting historic military aircraft on display at what appears to be an aviation museum or memorial site. The images show six different aircraft from various eras of U.S. military aviation history, photographed outdoors on grass fields with paved walkways.

The aircraft featured include: a British-built Avro Vulcan delta-wing bomber (serial XM606) in camouflage paint scheme; a white Boeing B-47 Stratojet swept-wing jet bomber photographed from the rear showing its four engines; a U.S. Air Force transport aircraft with U.S. military insignia; a U.S. Air Force C-130 Hercules four-engine transport aircraft with propellers; and a U.S. Air Force cargo transport aircraft (serial 0240). The photographs appear to be taken during fair weather conditions with blue skies and white clouds, showing the aircraft in static display positions. These images do not contain solicitation information, contract requirements, response dates, pricing terms, or any other elements typical of federal contract opportunities. They represent documentary photography of historical military aircraft.
