Cooling inadequate Needs dedicated 1.5 ton ductless split HVAC unit

X Insufficient redundant power connections for network equipment.

Provide 30A, 208V, 5 wire NEMA

L21-30R receptacle, from a normal power source, mounted near the equipment rack.

X Insufficient UPS power backup.

Provide UPS with minimum 20 minute run time capacity and redundant, hot swappable batteries.

X Room Temperature/Humidity

Monitoring Inadequate

Room needs new COMBINATION temperature and humidity monitoring and/or controls from

BMS

Missing grounding bus bar Install copper grounding bus bar

X Rack Temperature/Humidity

Monitoring Inadequate

Rack needs one (1) new temperature monitoring sensors, humidity sensor, and controls from

BMS

X Inadequate grounding connections to metal objects in TR

Provide bonding conductors to non-energized metal surfaces per VA
