About this file

This document is a Weekly Status Meeting template from a Statement of Work (SOW) Attachment dated June 11, 2020, designed to track project progress and coordination. The template includes sections for standard distribution of meeting participants, safety discussions, operational constraints, outages, deviation waivers, requests for information (RFIs), technical notes (TNs), contract progress, and a sign-in sheet. The document requires the construction contractor to provide a two to three-week "look ahead" schedule and report on field work completion percentage, with specific focus on safety preparedness, including a weekly checklist for hazardous operations and a pre-task meeting requirement per KNPR 8715.7. The template is structured to facilitate comprehensive project tracking, communication, and risk management across multiple stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer, Project Manager, Construction Safety Specialist, and other key personnel.
