About this file

This Supplementary Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for manufacturing, delivering, and installing a new communications shelter for the USDA Forest Service at the Silver King site in the Lincoln Ranger District of Helena-Lewis & Clark National Forest. The project requires a PEPRO LLC CLP2 Dual Bay Micro shelter with a 20' integrated mast, specific equipment configurations including battery trays, ground bus bars, surge protection devices, and solar panel provisions, and must be designed to be deployed on unimproved land without excavation or foundations.

The contractor must deliver the shelter to Helena, MT at least 4 weeks before installation, with delivery and installation accomplished exclusively by helicopter due to site access limitations. The project also includes demolishing an existing 6'x6'x4' fiberglass shelter, weighing approximately 1000 lbs, with all debris disposal handled in compliance with environmental regulations. The shelter must meet TIA-222 standards, include a faraday cage, and be designed to support a Sinclair SD210 antenna, with all installation coordinated with Forest Service Land Mobile Radio staff.
