About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center's requirement for manufacturing a Kit, Bulkhd, STA 184 component for the MH-60T helicopter. The SOW requires contractors to provide one first article within 60 calendar days of order receipt for Form, Fit, and Function (FFF) testing, with potential follow-on production of four additional units if the first article passes testing. Contractors must be registered in the Defense Logistics Agency's Joint Certification Program and complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement to access technical drawings.
Key requirements include manufacturing the component at the contractor's facility according to USCG specifications, maintaining quality control, providing a Certificate of Conformance, and adhering to strict notification protocols for any product or process changes. The contractor must retain special tooling for three years, store it securely, and be prepared for potential government facility inspections. Delivery is requested F.O.B. Destination, with specific timelines for first article submission and potential production units contingent on USCG's acceptance of the initial prototype.
