About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) Supplemental Requirements document for the Space Systems and Hardware Integration for Novel Experiments (SSHINE) Contract (FA9453-25-R-X002), dated August 13, 2024. The document outlines additional requirements that contractors must follow alongside the main SOW/PWS.

The requirements cover packaging and marking specifications for hardware deliverables, program management points of contact, patent rights reporting procedures using DD Form 882, and citizenship requirements for contractor personnel. Key specifications include special handling instructions for sensitive hardware deliverables, requirements for reporting inventions to the Patent Attorney and Administrative Contracting Officer, and strict U.S. citizenship requirements for contractor employees needing access to USAF bases, AFRL facilities, or U.S. Government IT networks. The document specifies that Green Card holders do not qualify as U.S. citizens for base/network access purposes, though waivers may be granted by the Contracting Officer for foreign nationals under international personnel exchange agreements.
