The contract includes options to extend services for up to six months and to extend the contract term for up to 66 months total duration, with preliminary notice requirements of 60 days prior to expiration. Multiple clauses contain authorized deviations (noted as 2026-O0038 and 2026-O0040) from standard federal acquisition regulations, indicating customized terms for this specific acquisition. The document references attachment requirements for mission-essential contractor services and contains blank fields requiring the Contracting Officer to insert specific information such as NAICS codes, wage determinations, and document type specifications for fixed-price line items.
