About this file

This document is a compilation of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses incorporated into a U.S. Air Force contract for commercial products or services.

The contract incorporates DFARS clause 252.232-7006 for Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) electronic payment processing, requiring contractors to register in WAWF at https://wawf.eb.mil/ and submit payment requests using specified document types based on contract pricing arrangements (cost vouchers for cost-type line items, invoices for fixed-price items, progress payment requests, or performance-based payment requests). Payment routing uses specific Department of Defense Activity Address Codes (DoDAACs), including F87700 for the Pay Official, FA5205 for Issue By and Admin functions, F3D0A0 for Service Approver and Acceptor. The contracting activity's WAWF point of contact is the 35th Contracting Squadron at Misawa Air Base, Japan (yuka.numata.jp@us.af.mi, 866-618-5988 helpdesk). The document also incorporates FAR 52.212-5 establishing standard commercial item contract terms and conditions, including mandatory compliance clauses addressing ethics, security, trafficking in persons, employment eligibility, environmental compliance, labor standards, and small business requirements. Additionally, FAR clauses 52.217-8 and 52.217-9 establish options to extend services for up to six months and to extend the contract term for up to three years and six months total duration. An ombudsman (AFICC/KH, 808-449-8569) is available to address offeror concerns before formal protests. Numerous additional DFARS and FAR clauses are incorporated by reference addressing matters such as cyber security, overseas labor compliance, covered defense telecommunications, and contractor personnel requirements in Japan.
